About the Guest:
Lenin Espinoza is a mortgage broker and author of The Secret Sauce to Success: A Step-By-Step Recipe for Becoming a Successful Mortgage Broker, that covers his philosophy "on building relationships, recognizing opportunities, acquiring the right tools and mixing those ingredients in just the right way to create an inspired creation."
Lenin joined the United States Navy. After his tour of duty, he returned home to his wife and worked in the family business while pursuing a college degree (thanks to the GI Bill).
A few years later, the Great Recession hit us. It was a difficult time for everybody, and
many of Lenin’s clients lost their homes. The experience so frustrated Lenin that in 2011 he decided to take the real estate broker exam. In 2014, he also sought his license as a mortgage broker. Lenin continues to work in the industry and hopes to become a lender in the near future.
